Roger Craig Smith, the voice actor behind Sonic the Hedgehog for most of the past decade, announced more than a week ago that he will be continuing the role. Not much later, Sonic fans then became concerned that Mike Pollock, the voice of dr. Eggman, would eventually be rearranged as well. Fortunately, it has now been confirmed that this is not happening.
Pollock recently took to Twitter to let fans know that he does not like the role of dr. Eggman in the Sonic the Hedgehog series will not leave. ‘You have not heard the last of me as Dr. Eggman in Sonic the Hedgehog video games! “Prepare your ears for it kindly,” Pollock said in his tweet. “If you guess otherwise, surprise!”
You know what they say: the more cheerful!
You have not yet been the last of me as Dr. Eggman in Sonic the Hedgehog video games not heard! Prepare your ears accordingly.

Pollock’s information was greatly relieved by fans who feared he as well as Smith would lose within a span of more than a week. Unlike Roger Craig Smith, Cindy Robinson, who voices Amy within the Sonic world, has revealed over the past few days that she will not be starring in the upcoming lead role. Sonic Prime animated series on Netflix. Pollock said in a follow-up tweet to fans that they should not take sides in the matter and begged that the situation with casting is a bit more complicated than what is seen in public.
Although a lot has happened over the past few days when it comes to the voice actors behind the Sonic the Hedgehog series, Pollock will at least stay ahead in the foreseeable future. And even if there are some new voices behind these iconic characters, it will definitely catch up quickly.
