Terraria does not get the same amount of fanfare as Minecraft, but its two-dimensional artwork is nonetheless responsible for some impressive self-made creations. Check out the latest: A gospel that lifts a warship over its head.
The screenshot above, which was blown up on the Steam community pages and was first spotted by PC player, was taken by steam user TheaVanherst and shows the house they spent tens of hours with co-star Alexmiles in the 2011 side-scrolling craft game.
The project took youmore than 70 hours and count, to be a little more precise, “done manually with a few reference images,” TheaVanherst wrote on Steam. ‘There will be an expansion across this world in a few months with Eva unit 02 for a battle arena. ‘
They also touched the screenshot in Photoshop to get some more dramatic effects and a Neon Genesis Gospel background to help bring the whole tribute together.
