The woman who attacked a black teenager after she falsely accused him of stealing her iPhone appears to have a penchant for disrupting hotels since she was arrested in February.

Miya Ponsetto is now at the crossroads of authority for her antics in a NYC hotel, and TMZ has learned that she also caused a major uproar at the Peninsula Hotel in Bev Hills in February.
Miya and her mother, Nicole apparently wiped out their welcome when Peninsula staff ordered them to leave, but they refused. According to law enforcement, someone from the hotel called police and said the women looked drunk and refused to leave … so police in Beverly Hills showed up to deal with the situation.
Our law enforcement sources say when they arrived and tried to get Miya and Nicole to leave, Nicole allegedly pushed and kicked a cop. Both women were arrested … Nicole because she had a police officer and was drunk in public. While Miya was arrested for being drunk in public. They have a court hearing later this month.
Now get it … the LA County District Attorney charged both women on May 27, 2020. The next day, Miya was arrested again, this time for drunk driving. She entered no fight and was sentenced to 3 years probation, 30 hours community service and she must take an alcohol and drug counseling program for 9 months.

As for the phone incident – if you do not know that she left her phone in an Uber – it looks like Miya has something for phones – she Etsy page is littered with personal phone numbers she prefers. Even if she is obsessed with phones, there is no reason to eliminate the 14-year-old Keyon Harrold Jr., Consider the authorities in New York serious charges against her.
