He eventually ended his relationship with the 22-year-old daughter of singer Lionel Richie, although he is also not back with Kardashian again.
He told Kim and sister Khloé on the program that he was trying to prioritize Richie, but she still felt neglected and thought he was prioritizing his former friend, Kourtney, with whom he is having three children.
Kourtney and Disick had a back-and-forth relationship from 2006 to 2015 and share three children, Mason (11), Penelope (8) and Reign (6).
