Snoop Dogg try to swing President Trump to release co-founder of Death Row Records Michael ‘Harry-O’ Harris from conviction to attempted murder … but the clock is ticking.
During the presidential transition, Snoop was secretly campaigning for Trump to overturn Harris’ sentence and the rapper even called in. Alice Marie Johnson to bolster his cause … according to The Daily Beast.
Harris, who co-wrote Death Row Records Suge Knight back in 1992 and it helped Snoop and Tupac on the label, serve time for attempted murder and drug charges at the FCI Lompoc in California.
Presumably a changed man, Harris has been locked up for almost 30 years … and he is not supposed to come out until at least 2028 unless Trump steps in.
Snoop reportedly got Trump’s attention … Alice Marie says Trump, Ivanka, Jared and White House Chief of the White House Mark Meadows everyone knows about Harris’ case. Remember, Kim Kardashian helped Alice find her life sentence overturned by Trump.
What is remarkable about Snoop’s effort here is that in 2017 he made his hatred of Trump clear in his ‘Lavender’ music video of draw a fake gun on a Trump appearance in clown makeup.
So it could be an uphill battle for Snoop to get Trump to see things his way. There is a long list of candidates for potential remission with less than 24 hours to go into Trump’s presidency … so keep an eye out.
