The wild 90-second clip begins innocently enough with visitors sitting in a crowded waiting room at San Rafael Hospital in Antioquia.
All of a sudden, a humble sly cow enters the frame, causing them to spread like an impromptu Running of the Bulls festival.
Things get pretty hairy after the animal traps a group of people in the corner of the room and hits several with its head and hooves before Samaritans manage to send it away with its leash.
The video then goes outside, where bystanders see them trying to lure the angry animal out of the clinic by kinking and running.
According to local news, fortunately no one was seriously injured during the riot. However, one woman had minor pollution to be trampled on, while two motorcycles and several seats were also damaged.
The owner of the cow apparently went to the hospital to apologize for the incident, as well as to inquire about the damage and the victim’s health.
