2XP promotions are an important part of the multiplayer, Zombies, and Battle Royale experiences in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. Here’s the latest information on the next session of Double XP, Double Weapon XP and 2x Battle Pass Tier Progressions.
Following the launch of Season One of Black Ops Cold War, both multiplayer and Warzone are under a unified progression system, one that offers four different Prestige ranks and an additional 1,000 levels per season.
The player base is therefore constantly asking Activision and Treyarch to activate XP promotions to help them rise faster, along with 2X Weapon XP, to really help speed up the leveling of weapons, which was especially much more times this year see game.
Fortunately, the developers were pretty generous with their XP help, and they offered various boosts and other promotions to help players move up the ranks, as well as Double Battle Pass Tier progress to more easily reach the higher BP levels.

Is there now Double XP in Black Ops Cold War & Warzone?
Yes, the current promotion is for Double XP only. It kicked off on December 31 and will last until 4 January at 10:00 PT / 13:00 ET / 18:00 GMT.
Unfortunately, it does not include Double Weapon XP or 2x Battle Pass Tier Progression, which was activated for a week until the latest boost.

When’s the next 2XP and 2x Weapon XP in Black Ops Cold War & Warzone?
As of now, Treyarch has not yet announced when the next increased period will begin. Usually they are only announced a day or two before it takes place.
Although no official schedule has been announced in advance, you should include the most important US holidays on your calendar, as the developers would like to make the boosts available when schools are closed for three or more days, as this means a good portion of their player base. will have more free time at home to play.
The next holiday is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, on January 18, which will be another three-day weekend, and most likely Double XP is possible.
Warzone players who do not own Black Ops Cold War really benefit from XP boosts because they do not have too many ways to rise.
