According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the star of “She’s All That” will receive her own jewelry, clothes and her Audi Q5 in 2020, after a judge signed her divorce ruling.
As for property … she keeps a road from Redondo Beach, CA … while she and her ex, Daniel Gillies, sells a Studio City home and will share any profits.
Rachel keeps all the reward points she earned with credit cards in her name … including regular flight miles / points, as well as ownership of Ben’s Sister Productions Inc.
She and Daniel share expenses for their 2 dogs and 2 cats.
For his part … Daniel can also keep all his jewelery and clothes, as well as a BMW X6 from 2019.
Neither party will pay spousal support or child support, and they will have joint legal and physical custody of their two children. Daniel and Rachael were married in 2004 and divorced in 2019 … before Daniel filed for divorce in July 2020.
