The Oscar-winning actress received the first group of her upcoming memoirs by mail on March 9; celebrated her 63rd birthday on March 10; and now she received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on Sunday, March 21st.

The Casino star sat outside for her first of two shots she needed for maximum protection while dressed in a black corduroy top.

Since Stone has been a proponent of coronavirus awareness for the past year, she wore a protective mask over her mouth and nose during her appointment.

Like many people in the U.S. and around the world, Pennsylvania’s native had to deal with the tragic results of COVID-19 because it claimed the lives of her grandmother and godmother in Montana.

Plus, Stone’s sister, Kelly, and brother-in-law, Bruce, had to be admitted to hospital last summer, where they were once described as ‘fighting for their lives’ during their health crisis.

The couple went through the worst symptoms and finally tested negative for the coronavirus in September last year, Stone said.

Stone also used her social media platforms to promote her upcoming memoir – The Beauty of Living Twice – which will hit the shelves on March 30th.
