The Senate of the Republic approves the project that creates the Special Area of Integral Frontier Development and an Incentive Regime for 30 years, which benefits the provinces of this demarcation.
The legislative initiative exemplifies that the companies installed in the Pedernales, Independencia, Elías Pina, Dajabón, Monte Cristi, Santiago Rodríguez and Bahoruco provinces, benefited from a series of incentives for the development, in all areas, they love.
The initiative was declared urgent by a motion passed by Senator Farides Raful, spokesman for the Bloc of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), as soon as the spokesman for the Bank of the People’s Force (FP), Dionis Sánchez
In the new legislative piece, which will be amended on Ley 28-01, there will be modifications that will be made to all interested parties, including those that are listed: “Products, goods and services developed by the right companies to present them commercialized in all the national territory ”.
Also, it specifies that all industrial, agro-industrial, agro-industrial, metallurgical, metallurgical companies, “as well as all types of companies constitute in the Dominican cities” enjoy the impetus for active assets.
In respect of the incentive place of incentives, these will be valid for 30 years from the date of entry into the vigil of the Ley.
