Tonight’s first celebration of the celebration of the celebration of the celebration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ inauguration ended with a performance by Katy Perry. Her performance was surrounded by a truly enormous display of fireworks surrounding the Washington Monument as Biden, Harris and their families watched. Obviously she sang ‘Fireworks’. Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, Justin Timberlake with Ant Clemons, Demi Lovato and John Legend were at the special presentation tonight. The oath during the ceremony earlier in the day features performances by Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and Garth Brooks. The day’s events also included a virtual march featuring a one-off reunion performance of the New Radicals, which did ‘You Get What You Give’.
