Sean Kennedy, bassist with I Killed the Prom Queen and Deez Nuts, dies at 35

When I Killed, the Prom Queen disbanded, the pieces reformed as Deez Nuts, who released six studio albums, including the Top 20 series. Word is bond from 2015. Kennedy will also appear on 2017s Binge & purgatoryand 2019s You Got Me F *** ed Up.

Former bandmate I Killed the Prom Queen Michael Crafter paid tribute to the late bassist.

“For years, we stood side by side on stage or on band photos,” he wrote on social media. “We slept on the floor, in pickups, planes and in some ways touring the world. Time elapsed after [sic] quickly. ”

‘We’ve experienced highs and lows along the way, and after everything we’ve been through, you’ll always be my friend. With the passing of the years, I’m glad we’ve always been there for each other. He added: “When I called you last week, I did not think it would be the last time. I wish I could say goodbye. ”

Co-Australian metalcore standouts The Amity Affliction wrote: ‘Rest assured, best friend We send all our love and thoughts to SK’s friends and family. ”
