Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game is a great example of software that suffered because it was a digital version. Back on PlayStation 3, the title was removed from sale after the license expired, meaning you could not buy it for a number of years. The good news is that it will return to PS4 in a few days, but if you want to ensure you always have access, Limited Run has a few options for you.
While you will of course be able to record the game digitally in the PS Store, the above company has created not one, not two, but three physical editions of the fans favorite.
The standard edition features exclusive reversible artwork – one side is a brilliant illustration of Sonic Adventure Scott pilgrim artist Bryan Lee O’Malley himself. It also includes a Clash at Demonhead concert ticket and a full-color instruction booklet (remember that?). It sells for $ 34.99.
Next is the Classic Edition. It features everything in the standard version, plus a Mega Drive-style game box (also with reversible artwork), a set of stickers, physical CD soundtrack and a world map. With this issue, you will earn $ 54.99.
Finally we have the KO edition. This ultimate version of the game offers you everything in the Classic Edition, plus a hard drive case with real lights and sound, a hardcover guide, the soundtrack on CD and cassette, wooden drumsticks, a trio of sex Bob omb guitar pieces, an enamel pen and trading cards. This is of course the most expensive of the lot, and costs $ 139.99.
All three issues are pre-ordered within a week on January 15, 2021 at 10:00 EST (07:00 PST or 15:00 GMT). You have six weeks to secure the purchase.
So, there you go. Grab one of these things, and you do not have to worry about any digital screens. Will you preview a physical version of Scott Pilgrim vs. Order The World: The Game? Rise in the comments below.
