Erickson was arrested Wednesday, charged with misconduct and reckless driving. He has a court date on March 16, the station reported.

Grossman was arrested on the day of the crash and released on Oct. 1. She was charged on Dec. 30 with two counts of murder and manslaughter with serious negligence, and one of the hit-and-run drivers resulting in death, FOX 11 reported.

It was not immediately clear why the two drivers were arrested four months apart.
