At the time, Scott called for legal action against the treatment facility, with his lawyer saying he was “concerned about the extreme invasion of privacy”.
But on Friday, All Points North Lodge announced that it had “resolved the differences of opinion with Scott in a friendly manner”.
And in a subsequent statement, the television personality himself said that he no longer believed that the staff of the center was to blame for the publicity leak.
