The NFL announced the service team for Super Bowl LV on Tuesday.

Carl Cheffers was named the referee for the match. He was the referee for Super Bowl LI and hosted 17 playoffs over the course of his career.

Judge Sarah Thomas will be part of Cheffers’ crew. Thomas will be the first woman to host a Super Bowl. She is also the first woman to host any NFL game.

“Sarah Thomas has once again made history as the first female Super Bowl official,” Troy Vincent, executive vice president of the football industry, NFL, said in a statement. “Her elite performance and dedication to excellence gave her the right to host the Super Bowl. Congratulations to Sarah on this well-deserved honor. ”

Referee Fred Bryan, line judge Rusty Baynes, field judge James Coleman, side judge Eugene Hall, back judge Dino Paganelli and repeating officer Mike Wimmer form the rest of the crew. Coleman joins Thomas to make their Super Bowl debut, while the other officials will work for the second time in the game.
