The house is in Charles Street, not far from the property used as the residence of Carrie Bradshaw, me. Parker’s character in the television program “Sex and the City.” It dates to about 1905 and has a brownstone base and an important New York buck, just like me. Bradshaw’s.

Mrs. Parker and Mr. Broderick did not list the house in public. In 2016, they bought a couple of townhouses in nearby West 11th Street for a total of $ 34.5 million. A Parker spokesman was not immediately available for comment.

The identity of the buyer, who bought through a limited liability company, could not be determined.
