Fortnite is on its way to the future and the past, as the T-800 and Sarah Connor from the Terminator series have now joined the game as skins. The pair showed up Thursday night as part of the game’s store update.
Although there are many versions of both the model T-800 Terminator and Sarah Connor to choose from, it seems that these two do not necessarily chase each other over time. Based on Sarah’s appearance in this outfit, it appears that Epic is using it Terminator 2: Judgment Day as the basis for these skins, so these two must be more or less friends. Epic even released a short teaser where the T-800 does the iconic, lava-covered thumbs up from the movie.
These two skins come in the Fortnite universe just one day after the Predator itself ended up in the game. They join all sorts of characters from the Mandalorian, to Master Chief, and even Kratos, who have been Fortnite‘s latest season. And Fortnite‘s Zero Point season across the universe is not even over yet. There are still almost six weeks left, which means we will soon have some more surprising skins at the game.
Sarah Connor and the Terminator are now available in the Fortnite in-game store. The skins are available in the “Future War” bundle, which also includes two backs, two harvesting tools and an emote for 2800 V-Bucks. The two sheets can also be purchased separately, while Sarah Connor sells for 1,800 V-Bucks and the T-800 for 1,500. Like all content in the Fortnite store, these sheets will only be available for a limited time, although we do not know how long they may be.
