Samsung is working on updates. Shortly after Android 11-based One UI 3.0 was expanded to its recent flagships, the One UI 3.1 is now being shipped to some of them. This update brings a range of features of the S21 to these devices, such as enhanced single-take mode, private sharing and video calling effects, but it misses at least one: Google Discover on the home screen.
SamMobile could confirm that only the phones sent out of the box with One UI 3.1 have the Discover integration. Other phones that receive the update will have to suffice with Samsung Free, which offers Taboola News news, free TV shows (using Samsung TV Plus) and some bad PWA games.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 series, the Samsung Galaxy F62 and the Galaxy A32 5G are currently the only Samsung phones that support Google Discover on the One UI home screen. Although all emerging phones with One UI 3.1 pre-installed will include Google Discover integration, some of the existing devices may get the option with the eventual arrival of Android 12.
