GTA 6 could feature a playable female protagonist, according to a recent claim by Call of Duty leaker Tom Henderson.
Henderson took to Twitter (as seen by ComicBook.com) claiming that GTA 6 would allegedly have “a playable male and female protagonist”. While Henderson is known to make accurate predictions about leaks in the world of Call of Duty, it’s best to take this claim with a grain of salt – especially since Henderson does not cite any source for this information.

There are many speculations as to which direction the next installment could take in Rockstar’s long-running open-world crime series. One source of much debate is whether it will follow the same configuration as GTA 5, which includes several playable protagonists that you can switch between, or allow you to choose your own protagonist.
This latest CTA 6 rumor joins a sea of other claims that have been circulating in recent months. Back in November, fans started digging into a GTA Online teaser wat apparently included a GTA 6 teaser. Coordinates in the trailer seem to be pointing to a remote spot in northwest Virginia, which has left many people wondering if this could be the possible setting for the next franchise entry.
Rockstar has yet to officially confirm the return of GTA, and it will probably take a while before something comes to light, but it is suspected that the game has been working for some time. For now, we can only speculate about the game, but with the release of the Xbox Series X and the PS5, it has long been the assumption that it will be a next generation experience.
