Speculation about the rumors surrounding pro-wrestling is a popular pastime for many fans, perhaps the second to watch the matches. In this daily column we take a look at the latest rumors being expressed by the pro wrestling backstory.

Rumors for the day:

  • It is at least speculated that Adam Pearce will not be Roman Reigns’ opponent at Royal Rumble, and Kevin Owens will get the spot.
  • Kurt Angle said on his Facebook that he could not make WWE Legends Night because of a prior commitment he could not make.
  • WrestleMania 24 was recently removed from the WWE network and the speculation is that it has to do with music rights and will be restored soon.
  • Per Wrestling Inc, Dalton Castle is currently a free agent. Ring of Honor apparently offered him a good deal, but he explores his options.
  • SI says Rush and Dragon Lee are expected to sign new deals with Ring of Honor within the next week.
