Rose McGowan has responded to the sexual abuse of artist Marilyn Manson, with whom she was briefly engaged two decades ago. “I stand with Evan Rachel Wood and other brave women who have come forward,” McGowan said. series of tweets, which delights Hollywood and the music industry for ‘protecting predators and selling their disease to the world’.

Late Monday night, Manson denied the allegations in a statement posted to Instagram, calling them ‘horrific distortions of reality’. He wrote: ‘My intimate relationships have always been completely one-sided with like-minded partners. No matter how – and why – others now choose to misrepresent the past, this is the truth. ”
Yet the consequences for Manson came quickly. He was dropped by both his record company, Loma Vista Recordings, and his talent agency, CAA, and a number of networks removed him from various projects.
