When will Rosaria come out in Genshin Impact?
There is no release date for when Rosaria will appear in Genshin Impact.
However, it is believed that Rosaria will come out and become a plaything in Genshin Impact update 1.4, which means that her release date could land between March 17 and April 28.

It is also not official that Rosaria will appear in update 1.4, but there are rumors that she will run with a Venti banner again.

The banners will presumably be a Venti-re-run, as well as another existing five-star character, similar to what we currently have with Keqing.
Rosaria will reportedly be part of the second banner as a four-star accompanying character.
Her alleged inclusion as the only new character is at odds with previous rumors suggesting that Ayaka and Mimi will be released in update 1.4. So know that nothing is official as it is written.

All the leaked skills and abilities come thanks to Honey Hunter World, where she’s allegedly a four star Cryo who uses Polearm as her kind of weapon.
Her normal attack performs up to five consecutive javelin attacks, and her loaded attack consumes endurance to leap forward and damage opponents in her way.
Diving attack also dives out of the air to hit the ground and inflict AoE damage after the impact.
There’s Ravaging Confession seeing Rosaria move quickly behind her target to deal with Cryo DMG, and there’s also Last Rites waving her weapon and then seeing her summon an Ice Lance hitting the ground. This Ice Lance will occasionally release cold air to give Cryo DMG to surrounding opponents.
In terms of her passive skills and talents, Extracted Confession will increase Rosaria’s critical rate by 12% after five seconds after using Ravaging Confession.
Shadow Samaritan sees that the cast of Last Rites will increase the critical percentage of all nearby party members by 15% of Rosaria’s critical rate for ten seconds, and Night Walk will increase the speed of movement of party members between 18:00 and 06:00 by 10%. .
