Roof Prescott’s agent has some thoughts on the tactics of Russell Wilson’s agent

USA TODAY Sports

Fifteen days ago, Russell Wilson announced through his agent his willingness to play for the Cowboys. Dak Prescott, through his agent, has addressed the possibility now that Dak has a $ 160 million four-year deal.

I think Dallas is now off the list, “Agent Todd France told Adam Schein of SiriusXM Mad Dog Radio.

Agent Mark Rodgers told ESPN on February 25: (1) Wilson did not ask to be traded by the Seahawks; (2) Wilson wants to stay with the Seahawks; and (3) in the event that he trades, he will welcome a trade in the Cowboys, Bears, Saints or Raiders.

Via Schein, France, Schein also commented on Rodgers’ decision to go on the record.

“There are so many things wrong, I think, on different levels,” France said.

In Rodgers’ defense, he can come off as being a bit controversial and unconventional because he only represents one NFL player. If his tactics bother one or more teams or whoever, it is not a problem for his broader practice because he does not have one.

Things went largely quiet between the Seahawks and Russell Wilson, but for the eyebrow decision by the team not to mention him in a letter to season ticket holders. However, this hardly means that the situation has been resolved.
