Rockstar Games Employee Accidentally Leaks Unannounced Game

An employee of Rockstar Games may have just accidentally leaked a new game, which of course not only attracted attention GTA and Red Dead Redemption fans, but fans of the dormant IP of Rockstar Games, such as Bully, Manhunt, en Max Payne. And it also caught the attention of Rockstar Games itself, because the leak has since been covered, but not before the internet got its reception.

The leak comes the way of Ian Gander, a senior designer at Rockstar Games who spent nearly 10 years with the company, and who recently updated their LinkedIn profile to remove the above leak. If you’ve now looking at Gander’s LinkedIn profile, there is nothing to follow, but before the edit it listed the following: “unannounced title (s): TBC.”

Unfortunately, it is also revealed by Gander. In other words, although we seem to know that Rockstar Games has an unannounced project in the works, we have no idea what franchise it might be, although Rockstar’s history and all the recent rumors and reports suggest that it probably is. GTA 6. However, it can also be Bully 2, a reload of Manhunt, Red Dead Redemption 3, or even a new IP. Once again, probably, is the unannounced game Rockstar is working on Grand Theft Auto VIhowever, it’s a gimmick. In other words, it makes no sense to refer to it GTA 6 as an unannounced and TBC title, because we all know Rockstar is making a new thing car theft game, so some think it might be for an IP that is not GTA or Red dead.

First, take everything here with a pinch of salt. At the moment we are in deep speculative territory, and there is no indication what this mysterious project is. Of course, Rockstar Games has at least one unannounced game in development, because at the moment they have no announced games. And while there may be some reason to believe, it may not be Red dead or GTA related, the chance is, that is.

As always, feel free to leave a comment or two to let us know what you think, or hit me up on Twitter @Tyler_Fischer_ and let me know there. What do you think is this unannounced game?
