Robert Thomas joins EU embassy as negotiated

The United States Embassy in Santo Domingo announced that Robert W. Thomas will be taking over as chief negotiator of this diplomatic mission. This representative will be responsible for carrying out the mission of a new envoy on behalf of the Governor of the United States.

The embassy communicated to Thomas accompanies him on his mission to John Garcia.

Thomas ensures that the EU continues to cooperate as the main societal partner in this country in the pursuit of a sustainable economic crime and the development of alliances between nations. “The United States has a long-distance relationship with the Dominican Republic and during this transition we will build on our long history of cooperation with the Dominican Republic’s social union, working together on the governance,” said the government.

Former United States Secretary of State Robin Bernstein has dismissed his bid to end his diplomatic career with the new president of the United States, Joe Biden. Bernstein was named ambassador to President Donald J. Trump on July 3, 2018.
