‘Rest easy’: Naya Rivera remembers by ex Ryan Dorsey in a lovely tribute to what her 34th birthday would be
Ryan Dorsey paid tribute to his late ex-wife Naya Rivera on what would be her 34th birthday on Tuesday.
The 37-year-old actor was married to the Glee star from 2014 to 2018 and is now raising their son Josey (five) as a single father after her death last July.
By sharing a photo of herself and Rivera with their child, Dorsey writes on Instagram: ‘Just as surreal as it really is to be gone. If it makes sense, but none of this makes sense yet … 34, I could only hear you say ‘Oh, I’m old AF now!’ Ha … Quiet old lady. ‘

In the black-and-white snap, Rivera covers her son while Dorsey leans over and takes the photo.
The actress died during a boat trip with Josey on Lake Piru in Ventura County, northeast of Los Angeles.
Her body was recovered five days after she went missing and the coroner ruled her dead as ‘accidentally drowned’.
Several former Glee stars have also turned to social media to remember the actress, who played as Santana in all six seasons of the musical TV show.

Heather Morris, who played Rivera’s on-screen girlfriend Brittany and was a good friend of Rivera’s off-screen, shared a photo of the two.
“Congratulations on your birthday, my angel,” Morris, 33, wrote.
“I can not write a sloppy monologue because it’s just too hard,” she said, “but I love you and I can not describe how much I miss you.”
Chris Colfer, who portrayed Kurt Hummel, tweeted a photo of himself with Rivera with the caption: ‘Congratulations on your birthday, honey. Miss you.’
Others who shared their thoughts were Jane Lynch and Amber Riley.
