Life was way too quiet without our favorite angry mole yelling at us about restoring our copy of Animal Crossing. Mr Resetti no longer lives in our town, in his underground lair or otherwise, except for the possible possibility that he is the chief who runs the rescue service (a theory recently proven on Reddit).
In a tweet today, Nintendo unveiled some of the new items that will be added to the game with the latest update, including a bunch of goodies around the ‘big game’ (which is apparently American football, and not the Premier League). final)) as well as a adorable Resetti statuette to place on top of a table.
In addition to these free additions, there will also be various items celebrating New Year’s customs around the world, including red envelopes for Chinese New Year (which is on February 12), and which looks like a Korean goat jumeoni, a small silk bag filled with gifts.
