DALLAS, Texas. – The Republican Representative for District 6, North Texas, Ron Wright, passed away yesterday at the age of 67 while being hospitalized for contraindication to covid-19, according to a CNN news release on Monday.
According to preliminary local media information, Wright has been receiving treatment for cancer for the last few years and was diagnosed with covid-19 within three weeks.
Wright announced his diagnosis of covid-19 on the 21st of January and at the moment, while he was still living, he felt that he was doing well enough to continue working at his home in Arlington City.
