Teresa Giudice, the real housekeeper of the New Jersey star, tied her relationship with her new boyfriend Luis Ruelas by pulling $ 3.35 million into a luxurious property on the American east coast.
The TV personality (48) dated the father of two, Luis (46), shortly after she completed her divorce from the 21-year-old man, Joe Giudice, in September 2020.
They have since worked on a new venture by buying the sprawling seven-bedroom home in upscale Montville, New Jersey, TMZ reports.

It is understood that Luis, who presumably invests in real estate, provided capital for the purchase, and Teresa acts as property manager for any possible lease. Both are reportedly listed as owners.
The house covers 7 728 square meters and has a garage with six cars, a personal gym, movie theater and a library over six expansive grounds.
The home theater even has its own lobby, where visitors can pick up popcorn, sweets and other refreshments before sitting down to watch a movie.
Forged iron gates and stone walls ensure that its inhabitants are protected from the general public, with the main house being a hundred meters or more from the nearest road.

In 2014, Teresa and her ex-husband Joe pleaded guilty to several charges of bank, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.
