Not only did the Baltimore Ravens run through the Tennessee Titans defense on Sunday to advance to the AFC division round, but they also ran straight back to the locker room without thinking about formalities.
Lamar Jackson took a knee during the final game to run the clock and as soon as he got up, he led his entire team to the locker room and skipped the handshake from the post-game.
RAVENS EDGE TITANS IN AFC WILD CARD PLAYOFFS
This was clearly intentional because bad blood has been playing between the two teams since last year’s AFC division round.
‘I feel it was just disrespectful to see what happened before the game last time we played those guys, and they stood on our logo and saw how they did it with us [head] coach. It was just disrespectful, because we treat all our opponents with respect, ‘Jackson said of their Week 11 game when several Titans players danced on the Ravens logo in the M&T Bank Stadium.

“There was no reason for us to shake hands and stuff like that,” Jackson continued. “We’ll be the bigger guy, so we’re just stepping off the field. I feel like we’re the bigger guys. And my favorite run was the kneeling. I did not really have a favorite run. [other] than to kneel at the end. ‘
But the Ravens will definitely return the favor before stepping off the field.
Corner Corner Marcus Peters intercepts fullback Ryan Tannehill with less than two minutes left. Seconds later, Peters and the rest of the Ravens defense moved to midfield and bumped into the Titans’ logo to celebrate the play – in a true Tennessee way, of course.

“I was just following my teammates. I had no idea what happened,” Ravens defensive end Calais Campbell told the NFL Network. “I did not know it was happening until I got there. But at the end of the day, respect is earned. Respect is deserved. ‘
The Ravens scored their first win in the playoffs since 2014 and will play the Buffalo Bills in the division round.
