One of the victims is reportedly the fiancée of the alleged killer
The rapper’s brother Uzzy Marcus was arrested after broadcasting himself live with the bodies of two dead women.
Raymond Michael Weber(29), California, was jailed after allegedly sharing a video on Instagram of himself with a gun with a woman and a teenage girl lying motionless on the floor. A neighbor reportedly called the Vacaville police station after seeing his disturbing antics with the weapon. When officers arrived at the military housing complex during the early hours of Sunday morning, Weber barricaded himself inside his apartment. PEOPLE,
The SWAT and negotiating teams were called to the scene and after an eight-hour distance, Weber was finally arrested, according to police, “after a brief fight – during which an officer used a taser.”

The women found dead in the apartment were between 27 and 15 years old. The cause of their deaths has not yet been announced, but one of the two women has been identified by her mother as the fiancée of Weber, the 26-year-old. Savannah Rae Theberge.
Theberge se ma, Enyaw Taylor, wrote on Facebook: “My heart is heavy. I am so sad to say that I believe one of the girls killed is my daughter Savannah Rae Theberge who is 2/3 birthday.”
Savannah’s friend, Meg Grubbs, set up a GoFundMe to raise funds to bring her body home to Georga for burial.
“Our dear Savannah Rae’s life was taken from her too soon,” Grubbs wrote. ‘Her home state, Georgia, where she grew up and her whole family lives. “Her body remains in California, where the horrific incident took place,” she continued.
“She finally planned to return home, but things did not go as planned. She wanted to raise money a few years back, but could never think of enough to travel home with her belongings, ‘Grubbs added.

Weber is on trial on two charges of murder and is currently being held in Solano County Jail.
He was previously linked to the murder of his then girlfriend, 19-year-old, in 2014. Nicole Duarte – a crime committed by his then 16-year-old brother Antoine Weber suspected of having committed.
Antoine allegedly had no dispute for the manslaughter.
