Ever wondered what it would be like to play a giant Nintendo Switch? Well, also Michael “The Casual Engineer” Pick, and he decided to build a fully functioning one.
All the buttons work and are even powered by a standard size Switch and Joy-Con – which can be easily replaced if needed. Along with this is a 4K screen.
In the video above, Michael gives the details of how exactly he did it all. The 3D buttons on it were pressed, for example. The giant switch is 30 “x 70”, weighs 29.48 KG (65 lbs) and is apparently 650% larger than the standard unit.
It’s also for a good cause – with Michael donating it to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Good job, Michael. Now, who’s ready for a round Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on this?
