Raem cornerback Kemah Siverand’s first chance to make an NFL team went up in smoke last summer and another one could be affected by an arrest in Houston.
The Houston Police Department announced on On Monday, Siverand was arrested after an incident on the street just Saturday at midnight. Siverand initially stopped for officers, but then drove another mile before making one last stop. He is charged with evading arrest, and two others are charged with speeding on the highway.
Siverand signed with the Seahawks after being unknown to Oklahoma State last year, but saw his time with the team come to an end after he was caught sneaking a woman into the team hotel during training camp.
He signed with the Raiders training group last October and last month signed a futures contract for 2021.
