Queen’s Medical Center opens COVID-19 vaccination clinic in West Oahu

The Queen’s Medical Center opens a COVID-19 mass clinic on its West Oahu campus on March 24.

The hospital will immunize residents aged 65 and over, those with high-risk medical conditions, and hotel, restaurant and bar workers in Phase 1c in the clinical service center building, daily from 07:30 to 19:00, except on Mondays.

“We know there is a strong demand for those who want to be vaccinated, and this clinic will provide people living in Western and Central Oahu with easier access to the vaccine,” said Jill Hoggard Green, president and CEO of The Queen’s Health Systems, said news release.

Online appointments open Thursday at https://covid.queens.org/vaccine/ or call telephonically at 691-2222.

The health care provider also vaccinated from today on the Queen’s Punchbowl campus to the Blaisdell Concert Hall.

Hospital workers, community health and emergency workers, as well as 65-year-olds and older who received their first shot at the Queen’s Conference Center, where nearly 43,000 doses have been administered since December, will be able to receive their second dose in the Blaisdell.
