Queen Elizabeth II to set a long record set by The Queen Mother Royal | News

Two new royal babies are on the way as the Windsor family continues to grow. Zara Tindall and the Duchess of Sussex have recently announced that they will be expecting additions to their families. Zara will give birth to her third child in the spring, while Meghan will make baby Archie a brother later this year.

The two new arrivals will mean the 94-year-old sovereign will surpass a record set by the queen mother.

The Queen and her husband, Prince Philip, will soon meet their tenth and eleventh great-grandchildren.

That’s two more than the Queen Consort was happy to know before she passed away.

Great-grandchild number nine was born on February 9 at Portland Hospital in central London.

The baby boy became the first child of Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank.

The child will be 11th in line and take the place of Prince Edward, who moves to 12th place.

She does not officially represent the queen and also does not receive any taxpayer funds, which means she can protect the privacy of her family.

Eugenie (30) and Jack Brooksbank (34) got married in October 2018 in St George’s Chapel in Windsor.

Royal family members, including the Queen and Prince Philip, joined 850 guests at the ceremony, including singer Robbie Williams and model Cara Delevingne.
