The rumors will come to fruition.
Brothers Puka and Samson Nacua, who played high school football at Timpview and Orem, respectively, both recently announced that they would be leaving Utah and Washington, respectively, and many suspected that BYU would be their ultimate destination.
On Monday night, they separately announced on Instagram that they were indeed going to Provo.
Both recipients, according to their additions, are a huge blessing to the Cougar attack. Puka Nacua was one of the best receivers in the entire country during his high school year in 2018, ahead of two seasons in Washington, in which he scored 16 receptions for 319 yards with three touchdowns in 11 games.
As for Samson Nacua, he played four years in Utah and scored 82 receptions for 1,015 yards, with 11 appearances in 45 games. He led Utah to receive touch images in 2018 (five) and 2019 (four).
According to Christian Caple of The Athletic, Puka Nacua told a Seattle radio station on Monday that he was about to be closer to home.
Tell Nacua @SportsRadioKJR he wants to make sure he is close to home to help his mom and grandma as much as possible. Was directly asked if he went to BYU but said he was still TBD.

The brothers will join a reception corps at BYU that is rather stacked. The receptionist from 2020, Dax Milne, leaves for the NFL, but Gunner Romney, Neil Pau’u and tighthead Isaac Rex will return, among others.
