PSA: this is your last chance to grab these Mario games for your Switch

It’s March, which means Nintendo will soon be pulling out a handful of games specifically released for anniversary. Switch owners have until the end of this month, March 31, to grab games before the developer removes them from the eShop. This includes Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light, Super Mario Bros. 35, Game & Watch Super Mario Bros., en Super Mario 3D All-Stars.

Similar to Disney’s notorious “safe” tactic – to offer movies for a limited time before being plugged back into a metaphorical safe and impossible to obtain – Nintendo announced last year that it would only release certain games would present this year. It is unclear whether the developer will release these games further or whether they will remain available indefinitely.

Nintendo is still celebrating the 35th anniversary of Mario with various events and cross promotions. Last month it had an update in Animal crossing: new horizons which added Mario costumes and items to the game.
