Saturday update: We won’t see much activity from our PS5 stock tracker this weekend, but you should follow our Twitter account closely as we are about to confirm where and when Sony will be reloading PS5. According to our sources, it will be at Amazon next week, but not on Monday, March 15th. When will PS5 reload? We are working on nailing down the date, just as we did earlier with Target and Best Buy.
You can do two things today even if no PS5 stock takes place again on a weekend. Follow our PS5 re-details first to update the date and time. Second, check out and maintain the 12 trusted store links you see below.

PS5 reload time and date – it’s not today
TechRadar has been reporting exclusively on multiple PS5 declines over the past two weeks, and next we have information that says Amazon has stock for next week. We circle back with the Amazon PS5 reload time and date once confirmed.
We’re waiting to hear from sources about stock timing, but we can tell you that 46,000 PlayStation 5 consoles are pre-ordered for an online order at Amazon.com.
Haven’t got PS5 yet? You have * 46,000 * chances at Amazon next week. Stay tuned w / @Jake_Randall_YT! Sony’s console will appear here * NEXT WEEK * PS5 Digital (coming soon) https://t.co/Z1x6HcLHWlPS5 Disc (coming soon) https://t.co/jiCiZyFp2x https: // t .co / fWOOwPw6mI13 March 2021
Using warehouse resources, we got other PS5 inventory projections correct, including quantity, time, and delivery date.
This is why the PS5 reload date and time is never set in stone shops in stone – and it could also apply to Amazon: every warehouse that needs consoles should get it first – and there should be plenty of them across the country spread. We tell it is an inventory and logistical necessity.
Like Best Buy, Amazon cannot sell its full stock to consumers. Some consoles can be kept in case someone comes back with a faulty console. We are told that it is rare, but it happens, so there must be enough stock to fix the problems in every store.
Amazon PS5 Reload Tips
Ordering PS5 from Amazon is difficult because everyone has plugged their credit card information and address into their account. Simply put, there is no time to waste as the one-click order Amazon is offered above other retailers in the US.
This is different from Best Buy, where you have to wait on a page until you can place the order and press the Add to cart button again. It’s all in an attempt to defeat the bots used by PS5 scalpers.
PS5 stock layout explained
PS5 is almost impossible to find in stock for more than a few minutes every time stores recharge the Sony console. We find the same can be said about the Xbox Series X stock. Both Sony and Microsoft launched their respective consoles in November 2020 and could not find enough manufacturer to meet the demand.
Stores like Target, Walmart and Best Buy regularly add stock to their stores and the pressure of people coming to their sites regularly falls on the pages. Four months after the initial launch, it is still a burden to buy a next-generation console, even after customers have been trying their luck for months.
