The PS3 was released in November 2006 and sold a total of 87 million units during its lifetime. The console officially ended production four years ago after 11 successful years on the market and three redesigns of the model. The PSP has achieved similar success and has sold approximately 81 million units since March 81.

The PS Vita was infamous, a bit flop. Sony’s second handheld released in December 2011 sold between 10-15 million units during its lifetime, although it was an excellent little machine. The handheld has recently become popular again, thanks to how easy it is to become a portable emulator.

If you own one of the three consoles and you always wanted to download a specific game, now is the time. The price of physical games will undoubtedly rise as soon as the stores cease to exist.
