Athia Project is one of the more mysterious games in Square Enix’s upcoming series of releases. At the moment, there is not much we know about the title other than the fact that it was developed with the PlayStation 5 hardware in mind. I mean, heck, the game does not even have an official name yet. Fortunately, it does not seem like it will take much longer before we start hearing more about it. Athia Project based on new information that has emerged.
During Sony’s presentation at CES 2021 today, a video was unveiled Athia Project will be released exactly one year from now in January 2022. However, no new footage or game of the title in action was shown along with this revelation. Square Enix has also not confirmed the release window itself since.

Consideration of so little is known Athia Project, it went without saying that it could be a game that was a bit further out. Again, Square has not said much about the title and has not even announced a formal name for it. As such, I do not think it would surprise anyone if it were announced that it would only be released in late 2022 or even in 2023. The fact that it’s only a year out means we’ll probably learn more about it briefly. order.
Until that time, however, there is still very little we need to give up. Perhaps the most striking detail about Athia Project is that it is a console that is exclusive to PS5 for a period of two full years. The game is still going to come to a computer as well, but those who are apparently on Xbox may not be able to get their hands on it until early 2024.
Again, assuming this release window is true, Square Enix is likely to have more to share Athia Project in the coming months. If so, we will keep you posted on the development of the game in our dedicated coverage area.
