Prince Harry says he moved his family to LA to protect his family like any husband and father would – and blamed the media for destroying my mental health.
Harry’s episode with James Corden for ‘The Late Show’ was finally aired Thursday night and while riding a double-decker bus – COVID-safe – he denied leaving the royal family.
In his eyes, “It never walked away. It walked back rather than retired. It was a very difficult environment. As I think many people have seen, we all know how the British press can be, and it was destroying my mental health. “It’s toxic. I did what any man, any father would do. I had to get my family out of here.”
Just last week, Buckingham Palace said Harry and Meghan “confirmed to Queen that they would not return as working members of the royal family.”

James and Harry, who are out of the camera, also talked about Netflix’s “The Crown” … and Harry says that although the series is clearly fictional, it is loosely based on the truth.
James also asked Harry who he would like to see portrayed in Hollywood. Harry slaps the name first, but he at least chooses a solid Englishman to play him.
