The 22-year-old feels emotional on Sunday as the year draws to a close and shares a moving message to her 24-year-old husband.

On Friday, Bindi and Chandler celebrated their last Christmas together before welcoming their daughter into the new year.
Bindi posted a photo of Instagram on Facebook and revealed that the couple spent the day with her mother Terri and brother Robert (17) in Christmas sweaters.
