The President-elect of the United States, Joe Biden, supervised his goal of designing end-of-year antiquities to the first components of his team at Casa Blanca, including those predominating in women and minorities.
The Biden Transition Team was informed by a press release of new names in the Presidential Staff Office of the White House, the Legislative Assents, the Vice President, the Office of the Secretary of Personnel and Operations of the Oval Hospital.
With the announcements of this March, the President-elect Biden and the Vice-President-elect, Kamala Harris, “performed his goal of naming ten members of the staff entering the Casa Blanca” before the end of the year.

The Biden Transition team qualifies as a “historic” team and says that “barriers are barred” by its diversity, making it an Administration that appears in the United States and is a list to burn results to families working from “first” .
According to Biden’s team, 20 per cent of the number of staff corresponded to first-generation immigrants and 54 per cent of its minorities, while 61 per cent of them were women.
Asimismo, lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender people (LGBTQ) represent the 11 per cent of all the staff of the Casa Blanca, and the Asian and Pacific origins are “more than double their proportion in the national population”, aggregate the transition team.
“By principle, the Vice President Harris and he have been busy building an administration that will join the United States. The construction of a diverse team will produce the most effective results and solutions to overcome the most urgent crisis than the one.
“To address the challenges that precede the people’s population, we will build an administration that reflects the best of our country,” Harris said.
Biden announced this March also the designation of Pentagon staffer Kathleen Hicks as Secretary of Defense of his future Government, who, confirmed by the Senate, will be the first to occupy this cargo.
