Sixty-one percent of registered voters in the Jan. 28-29 poll approve of Biden’s job as president, up from 63 percent in a Jan. 21-22 poll.
In contrast, 39 percent of respondents in the latest survey did not rate his performance.
The new poll found that support for Biden among Republican voters has fallen by 6 percentage points since the last poll, from 30 percent to 24 percent.
Support among Democrats remains constant at 94 percent.
Sixty-four percent of independent respondents said they approve of the work Biden is doing in the White House, compared to 62 percent in the January 21-22 survey.
The most recent poll by Hill-HarrisX was conducted online among 945 registered voters. It has an error margin of 3.19 percentage points.
