The Commissioner of the Puerto Rican Police, Antonio López, reacted to the video in which he captured an agent using the patrol to decipher xenophobic comments and insult a tourist in Condado.
In an interview with WKAQ, the official indicates that a successful investigation has been started and that no agreement will be reached with this behavior.
“We respect all the people who come to Puerto Rico, any nationality”, indicated in the interview.
According to López, this agent is exposed to 40 days of suspension or has been expelled from the Uniform.
In the video where he quizzed the situation, a person responds that he answers at 8:00 am, at the moment the agent is molesting and responds.
“No sea chistoso moron, devuélvete a tu pais a hacer esos comentarios” commented the uniform of the interior of the patrol. Without embarrassment, the agent is not detected and continues, “always has one that comes from another country to give comments and do not want to buy a buffet. Mexican pend…”.
The new executive order cambios are commenting on the past four deaths since the coronavirus COVID-19 was reported in the Isla. The bargains will be held on the 9th and the next day until the 10th. The sale of alcoholic beverages will be forbidden from 9:00 am to midnight.
