The Commissioner of the Police Negotiations, Antonio López Figueroa, confirms David Emanuel Rivera Batiz, the accused of assisting the three agents of the police passing Monday in Carolina, also known as the assessee Isadora Nieves, conocida como “Pinky Curvy“.
