Pokémon x Levi’s clothing collection is now available

Pokémon officially celebrates its 25th anniversary next week, but Nintendo begins the festivities early with a variety of new brands, events and more. The latest collaboration is with Levi’s clothing brand, so if you want to add new Pokémon equipment to your wardrobe, this is a great time to do so. The Levi’s x Pokémon Collection Launched online and in stores today, it offers a range of jeans, shirts, jackets and accessories featuring Gen 1 Pokémon and characters in their classic styles.

To be honest, I was super skeptical when I first saw the teaser images for this collection in January, but now that the full range of Pokémon apparel is being unveiled, it’s actually pretty cute. There’s a gorgeous Jigglypuff hat (which I bought right away), a white T-piece with a very sleepy Pikachu that slept on the Levi’s logo, and even a mini-Psyduck clipping bag that already sells out online is. The collection also pays homage to the original anime, including a T-shirt featuring Ash and Misty with their Poke Balls ready. You can even pick up Misty’s jacket and shorts and cosplay the iconic water trainer. Oddly enough, Brock does not appear in the collection – did you forget that the original gang was a trio, Levi’s?

Of course, denim jackets and jeans are also available, including two vintage-style trucker jackets with matching jeans. The first coat-jean combination printed a green bushy pattern with various Gen 1 Pokémon on it, while the second pair was slightly more understated, with a light wash denim with lightning bolts on the sleeves and a bright Pikachu on the thigh . Each jacket and jeans can be purchased separately. There are also several jeans that you can customize with a more subtle Pokémon pattern.

We have highlighted a few products from the collection that caught our attention, but you can visit the full range of Pokémon jackets, hoodies, T-shirts and more at Levi’s. Note that for some items you need to choose your size before the “Add to Cart” button appears.
