According to Serebii.net, nameplates are on display in the US and Canada, revealing that this event will take place on February 19th. This is in line with the release of the new Trading Card Game series, Shining Fates.
This pocket sample is available at GameStop in the United States (via a serial code obtained with the Pokémon Pass app) and at EB Games in Canada (also distributed by a serial code).
