Pokémon launches major popularity poll before 25th anniversary

Pokémon Day is just around the corner, and fans have high hopes for the anniversary. The franchise will turn 25 in 2021, so you can see why fans are hoping for a big celebration. Some commemorative events seem to be going on just before the big day itself, and such a celebration is coming with a view to a level of popularity.

And yes, you can import it no matter where you are. As long as you have access to Twitter and a search engine, do not worry! You can participate in the Pokémon fun!

As it turns out, The Pokemon Company has launched a huge popularity poll in Japan online. The brand has launched a Twitter campaign that follows a specific hashtag in Japanese, and all fans have to do is use the word “に き め た” at the end of a specific message. You have to take the word at the end of which Pokémon you want to vote for as your favorite, but you have to do it with the Japanese name of the monster.

For example, you could vote for Pikachu using these rules. You should look up the monster’s name in Japanese (ピ カ チ ュ ウ) and then tweet the word with a hashtag and the special Japanese word we mentioned earlier: # ピ カ チ ュ ウ に き め た

You can do this for any Pokémon out there, as long as you follow the rules. You can send as many tweets as you want Pokémon agenda, and the company keeps the results right. If you go to this site and scroll down, you will find a refreshing list of the top thirty samples of the poll. At the time of publication of this article, Dedenne is in the first place, but the mouse has some tough challengers coming from behind. Cinccino is in second place with Snivy and Buzzwole in third and fourth place.
